After Tesla launched the refreshed Model Y with a turn signal stalk and a bumper camera, speculation mounted that the Model 3 would also receive them. The turn signal stalk was reintroduced in August in China and is now expanding to other Asian markets and Europe. So far, it's unclear whether the US will get the new modifications.
