For the second time this year, Tesla has temporarily halted production of the Model 3. The unexpected pause comes shortly after CEO Elon Musk admitted having too much faith in automation. Now, Tesla’s engineering lead is taking a break. In addition, the company’s chief safety executive has joined Waymo.
