Tesla’s solar roof will be cheaper, tougher, and better insulating than a normal roof
Tesla has officially announced the Powerwall 2.0 home battery unit as well as a variety of new solar roofs. The roofs are part of a joint project between Tesla and SolarCity, and are designed to be cheaper and more insulated than normal roofs.
