Top Porsche engineer said to be arrested over VW emissions-rigging

German police have arrested Porsche’s powertrain development boss, Joerg Kerner, in connection with parent VW Group’s diesel scandal, sources said. Porsche management board member Michael Steiner is also under investigation, a report said.
