Toyota adds child models to its virtual crash dummy software
Toyota’s Total Human Model for Safety software (THUMS) will have child models for Version 4 to simulate the physiques of children aged three, six, and ten. They will go on sale this fall, to be used by automobile and parts manufacturers, as well as universities, all over the world.
