Toyota recalls 423.5k RAV4s for faulty windshield wipers

We hate to rain on the parade of Toyota RAV4 owners, but 423,500 of the crossovers are being recalled in the US for a problem with their windshield wipers. Specifically, the campaign covers 421,000 examples of the 2009-2012 RAV4 and 2,500 units of the 2012-2014 RAV4 EV.
