Toyota recalls more than 1 million RAV4s for seatbelt problem

The Basics: Toyota will recall 1,124,000 models of the 2006-2012 RAV4 and 2012-2014 RAV4 EV. The Problem: A severe frontal crash could cause the metal seat cushion frame to sever the rear seats’ lap-shoulder seatbelts.
