Uber looks to please riders, drivers in NYC with $5 cap on shared rides
Hoping to please riders and drivers and lessen traffic, Uber launched new NYC UberPool rush-hour pricing. Riders pay $5 max and drivers get paid surge rates. Riders have to go to a pickup point and won’t know destination time until getting in the car.
