Volkswagen retains Ken Feinberg to compensate diesel owners

Attorney Ken Feinberg has jumped from one automotive debacle to another. Volkswagen announced Thursday it had retained the settlement specialist to head up a program that will compensate hundreds of thousands of diesel car owners affected by the company’s cheating on emissions tests.
