Volvo, Jaguar and Ford among winners as Germany sales rise 3% in February

New-car sales rose nearly 3 percent in Germany in  February with Volvo, Jaguar and Ford among automakers growing faster than the market while Nissan, Porsche and Land Rover had a bad month. Trade-in incentives boosted diesel sales.
