Volvo r&d chief defends ‘Big Brother’ steps to reach safety goal

Volvo’s decision to limit the the top speed in its new models as part of its goal of making sure that no one is killed in a new Volvo has sparked reaction that is 80 percent positive or neutral and 20 negative, the automaker’s r&d chief, Henrik Green said.
