VW, FCA, Renault among hardest hit as Europe sales slump 23% on WLTP

VW Group, Fiat Chrysler and Renault were among the biggest losers as Europe car sales fell 23 percent to 1.12 million in September following the introduction of a new testing regime, industry association ACEA said.
