VW finance chief Poetsch proposed as next chairman

Volkswagen Group’s controlling parent company, Porsche Automobil Holding, said it has proposed Hans Dieter Poetsch as chairman of Volkswagen’s supervisory board, a post that Ferdinand Piech quit earlier this year.
