VW plans big push for low-CO2 cars in China

VW Group aims to boost sales of battery-electric and plug-in hybrid cars in China to 400,000 units a year by 2020 and increase that number to 1.5 million annually by 2025, said the automaker’s China chief, Jochem Heizmann.
