VW says UK car sales wil fall in Q1, but signs of recovery ahead

Sales of Volkswagen-branded cars in the UK will fall in the first quarter, hit by the diesel-emissions scandal, but strong orders mean there are signs the automaker is bouncing back, its UK chief said.
