VW US chief: ‘Rogue’ German engineers responsible for deceitful emissions software
At a congressional hearing on Thursday, Volkswagen Group of America CEO Michael Horn apologized for the recent dieselgate scandal. He also said many older TDIs will need a costly retrofit, while newer 2015 models will get a software fix early in 2016.
