VW’s Korea unit said to have manipulated emissions, noise-level tests

Volkswagen Group’s South Korean unit allegedly manipulated emissions and noise-level tests for more than two dozen models to secure approval to import them, according to a Seoul prosecutors’ office official with knowledge of the matter.
