Weekly Recap: Feds propose new 5-Star Safety Ratings

The Transportation Department proposed sweeping changes this week that would expand the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s 5-Star Safety Ratings system. It would now include crash avoidance technologies, add a new frontal oblique test, and improve the frontal barrier test.
