White House proposes $10 per barrel oil tax
The White House has proposed a $10 per barrel oil tax that would pay for a broad range of transportation initiatives.
A transportation plan unveiled Thursday as part of President Obama’s 2017 budget proposal would support development in autonomous cars, high-speed rail and public transportation through urban and suburban areas.
